Denver sighed and looked away. He inwardly swore to become so strong that even those terrifying flames wouldn't be able to get past him, let alone injure him and the one he's supposed to protect.
"Oii! Don't look at my sister with those creepy eyes," Lex threw another pillow at Denver.
Denver rolled his eyes and gave a middle finger, "I will look, the fuck you gonna do?"
"Oh! That reminds me," Lex cracked his fist and flashed an evil smirk. "You actually spent my coins in Novelweb, what's the number again? 15000? Right?"
"You had a whopping one million coins, you know," Denver sighed, backing away. He limped backwards, ready to run away because he knew what was about to come.
And as he expected, Lex lunged at him. Unfortunately, he couldn't use his ability and Denver could. Denver instantly created a small shaft sliced at Lex. Lex easily avoided it and kicked at the injured leg of Denver.
