Damien smiled, looking in the distance at the giant creature flying towards them. Like others in the ruined city, he didn't feel anything pressure at all and was completely calm.
Rubina raised an eyebrow hearing Damien's words and asked, "What happened?"
"Dvalin is coming here and I'll probably have to fight it," Damien said. "This is an opportunity where we can take that girl away and if we're lucky, we'll be done before Lex and others saves her."
"Are you sure you can fight it?" Rubina asked in worry. After all, the opponent in question was a Mythical Beast, the top existence that even the Gods and Elders of The Obsidian Council couldn't defeat.
"It's fine. I don't need to win anyways. I just need to stall some time," Damien said. "Besides, that big guy can't kill me unless he's close to that girl."
"What do you mean?" Rubina asked.
