Elise had just picked up her school bag when she heard the sound of glass shattering. She got confused and hurriedly ran outside.
When she arrived at the door, she witnessed her brother standing with five other black robed figures. One of them was heading towards her.
Elise got scared looking at the looming tall figure of black robes person and asked, "What was that sound, brother?"
Lex cursed and turned around to shout at Elise, "Run! Ely, run inside!!!"
However, before he could say anything more, a kick landed on his belly sending him flying away. He flew like a broken kite and rolled on the ground before finally coming to a stop.
"Brother!!"
Elise cried out and ran towards Lex with her little legs but a big hand caught her from behind and lifted her up in the air.
"Easy, little girl. Let's watch a display."
