Lex shook his head with a smile on his face. To be honest, even he was surprised by the time Ruby controlled herself. He had expected her to erupt in a few minutes; thirty minutes was already extending it.
'Well, Denver should meet with MM now,' Lex thought, looking in the distance. He knew Denver enough that he could predict his movements to some extent. Lex knew Denver wouldn't fight unless there were no choice because that was really foolish. And fortunately for him, Denver was a cool-headed guy even though he goofed around.
If his guess was correct, then Denver would go after the pillar of flames.
'We should also look for our opponents,' Lex thought, relaxing his muscles by resting on the ground. Lisa was the same as she simply sprawled on the ground. She had torn apart a part of her pants and tied it on her shoulder as a makeshift bandage.
"So, should we move on?" Lisa asked. "There should be some people nearby, right?"
