The plane began to run on the runway as everyone steeled their hearts and bodies for the Crushing they would soon experience. They gripped the handrests of their seats and took deep breaths.
Lex's group was rather calm as they had experience flying in these types of planes. Still, that didn't mean they weren't afraid of the Crushing. That's why they also clutched their seats.
Soon, the plane rose from the front as it began to ascend into the air. They didn't feel much at this level, but the higher the plane rose, the more pressure they experienced increased.
Only a few moments passed, and they were already feeling as if they were being crushed by a big rock. It was still bearable to everyone else, but they didn't lower their guard because they knew the true Crushing was yet to come.
