As Lex was explaining to Elle, Ruby interrupted him.
"Oy, I remember where I have seen that small tree branch."
Lex's ears perked up as he stopped talking and looked at Ruby. He wasn't the only one, as others also stopped whatever they were doing and looked at Ruby.
"Why are you all looking at me like that?" Ruby asked, weirded out by receiving so many gazes.
Lex took a deep breath and forced a smile, "Can you tell us where you saw the tree branch?"
"Oh! Yeah, well, it was actually a normal tree branch, but I'm getting the feeling that it's the same one you're speaking of," Ruby explained. We went on a mission in a border city around two years ago. We were actually going to die, but a red-haired woman helped us. I saw the tree branch with her."
