Carissa grinned, leaning in closer. "Oh really? I'm glad you think so. You're not too bad yourself."
David raised an eyebrow teasingly. "Just 'not too bad'? I might have to work on that."
Carissa gasped playfully. "Oh, is that a challenge?"
David smirked, pulling her even closer. "Maybe it is. Are you up for it?"
Carissa's eyes sparkled with playful defiance. "Bring it on, David. I'm always up for a challenge."
David laughed softly, his fingers tracing patterns on her skin. "I like your spirit. But I warn you, I can be quite persuasive."
Carissa wriggled her brows. "Oh, I'm counting on it."
David's voice lowered, his gaze intense as he whispered, "You have no idea how much I want you right now."
