Standing in front of John was a strange monster. A giant black serpent, its sinuous form twisted around on the scorched earth, its scales glistening with a malevolent sheen. Horns, sharp and twisted, adorned its crown. With eyes as dark as the abyss, it surveyed the desert, hungering for the taste of fear and despair.
In its search, it caught sight of John, walking in peace towards the city. Yet when It did what it was made to and attempted to devour him, he actually dared to fight back.
"What a big snake!" John exclaimed with his revolver already in his hands. He had already shot a warning shot straight into its body, but it wasn't scared off.

"PSSSSSSSS!!" The serpent made a strange sound and the ground began to shake.
