There were things he needed to discuss with Valerie, even though he knew she would readily agree to them.
They went a little away, speaking in hushed tones before Denzel returned with Valerie and revealed.
"If it's okay with you, Alpha Lawn, we can merge our packs. Not in the form of having the same Alpha but in terms of support. Cross-travel and mating within the packs would be without permission. After all, we are one big family."
Alpha Lawn was stunned but revealed more. "Also, you would have our support in rebuilding your pack in terms of trade and commerce."
He knew that with Alpha Lawn's return, Valerie would want to visit her pack and might even spend days there if she wanted.
As such, he had to make it comfortable for her. At the moment, he was focusing on the future, though they had immediate issues to resolve with her.
