Lisa was a doctor who cared about lives the most and as a girl, she sympathizing with another girl was pretty normal so letting emotions take over said "Okay! But you have to leave his side if his condition gets worse"
Witira reassuring Lisa entered Hrithik's room only to find him sleeping, his face was so peaceful and his shirtless body could make girls go crazy, but it was not important now, Witira gently caressed his cheek while asking him to wake up.

Hrithik's face was drenched with sweat and his expressions were revealing his uneasiness but neither of them wanted to stop this, at least not at that moment.
