As a storm approaching a old man thinks of his youth and as he looks at a grave stone ( wich stated in loving memory Amberlyne Grayfield) he starts to cry and says.
Old man : My love it has been 30 years since the tragic accident that caused you to parish. It should of been me that died instead of you. I was so week and I wish I could of protected you.
He said has he put a rose on the grave. As he started up the truck he drove off. When he got back to his house he sat down and put on the news. He watched until the power went out and he heard a nock at the door. He opened up the door and it was a man with a package.
Man with package: hello is this Mobius.
Old man : yes who are you. Man with package: I have a package for you can you sign it.
Mobius : sure.
As he signed it he closed the door Mobius:I wonder who this is from. He opened it up it was a amulet with a strange type of writing on it and there was a letter. He opened it up and it said ( To my best friend I hope you have a good birthday this amulet was my dearist sister Amberlyne she would want you to have it I hope you can visit you to talk to my brother and best friend Bethica.) He saw the phone number and put it in the trash. He sat on his chair and looked at the amulet with the markings
Mobius : why these are the same markings that I saw at the accident.
The next day he fixed the power of the house and whent to the hardware store to pick up some things to repair the roof.
Store Owner: hey Mr Grayfield let me guess the roof needs to be repaired well we are all sold out.
Mobius: figured you would be out of stock of what I need.
Store Owner: well I hope you have a good day.
Mobius shrugs it off and starts heading to his truck when he sees a mysterious man look at him.
Mobius: what the fuck are you starting at. Has he says nothing and turns around. Has he goes in his truck and drives off he hears screaming. So he quickly goes and investigates what is going on. He sees a woman running in his direction running from something.
Woman: please help me Im being chased by something.
Mobius: ok calm down quickly get in my truck and I will take you to my home were it is safe.
She gets in the truck.
Woman: thank you I appreciate you for saving me ah.
Mobius : call me Mobius can you tell me your name and what was chasing you. Woman: Clare and I don't know has they get out of the car and get to his house she looks around and then sits on the couch.
Mobius: here is a change of clothes these should fit you.
Clare: thanks.
Mobius: you are welcome these were my wife's before she passed.
As Clare put changed and got cleaned up Mobius prepared dinner. As Clare and him talked Mobius told her she can stay and sleep in the spare room. As time went on they ended up living together and she became his caretaker after he he got terribly ill and as he was knowing that his time left was soon over. But as he drew his last breath the amulet started to glow and time stoped the mysterious man walked to the end of his hospital bed.
Mysterious Man: this is not the end for you. I have need of you or I have need of a younger version of you so im going to bring you back to when you were 18.
Mobius : why bring be back to begin with. Mysterious Man: because of you want to save the people that you couldn't .
Mobius: I don't even know your name or what you are or even your reasoningof why you need be to go back .
Mysterious Man: my name is Kilgore and I'm a monster that has the power to go back in time and my reasoning is your wife was my friend and I was the reason she died. She died protecting me from the other monsters that have become corrupted from demons I need you to become one of us and fight these demons that want to destroy everything.
Mobius: so I will become a monster fight these demons and corrupted monsters and stop them from killing my wife and you ended up being her friend and she died because of you. That is a load of shit she died in a car accident I was there when it happened I was part of the accident i was the only one who survived.
Kilgore: the reason why you think that is that is because we took that part of your memory because you witnessed it and your wife before she died told me to rewrite your memory.
As he snapped his finger the memory's that actually happened came back to Mobius. Mobius: so I will go back in time to when I was 18 but I met my wife when I was 20 and she died when I was 25 so why go back to before i met her.
Kilgore: Well you need time to prepare for the upcoming battle and become a monster to fight these monsters.
Mobius after some time reluctantly agreed. And Kilgore snapped his fingers and when Mobius woke up and saw he was in his old dorm in college he whent to the mirror and saw that he was young again and the Amulet was on him.
Mobius: well I guess the only thing that came back was the Amulet and the knowledge of the up coming tragedy of my love. My sweet Amberlyne I'm going to save you this time and I'm going to strong enough to protect you.
As made this vow the amulet glowed and protected numbers and he recognized it was coordinates to somewhere.
