Under the night sky in China, with its full moon shining bright over the tall buildings and city lights, Alex walks home after a long day at work 'Damn it, the Team Leader really made me work hard today. I don't know why she dumps all the work on me, though. It's not like I'm by myself, there are other workers. Guess that's what it feels like to work for a female company' sighing. Little does he know something amazing is about to happen to him.
As Alex walked on a quieter street, he felt someone was following him. When he looked back, he saw a person in a black hoody trying to keep up with him. Thoughts crossed his mind, 'Is this person following me, or is it just my imagination?'
Ignoring his uneasy thoughts, Alex kept walking. As he reached a darker alley between tall buildings, the hooded person quickly took a shortcut or another way, cleverly getting in front of Alex and blocking his path.
Startled and afraid, Alex's mind raced with the sudden thought, 'Is this person trying to rob me?' The thief demanded, "Give me your wallet, buddy!" as he menacingly pulled out a knife, sending a shiver of fear down Alex's spine.
'Who's this person?' the city noise made his heart race. 'I need to find a way out.' Trying to stay calm, he said, "I don't want trouble." Keeping his hand on his right pocket with the phone and wallet. "Why don't you drop the knife so we can talk, I promise I won't report this to the police." he urged. The thief, sounding scary, responded "Quit playing hero, just give it!" moving closer, making Alex more scared. The tense situation filled the alley with fear as the hooded figure inched closer, the glint of the knife adding to Alex's anxiety.
Out of nowhere, a super bright light appears in the night sky, moving down like a shooting star right at Alex. It covers him in a blue glow, making him look different among the tall buildings and city lights in the alley. The thief, who is there demanding Alex's wallet, naturally gets scared by this surprising event, taking a few steps back. As Alex is covered by the bright light, the night sky looks more beautiful than usual, with the big, round full moon lighting up and lots of tiny stars sparkling like little diamonds very brightly. This amazing sight makes the moment feel magical.
The thief trying to rob Alex looked really surprised. Stuttering, he said "What... What is this?" panic showed on his face, his eyes wide with fear, as he quickly turned and ran away quickly. Alex was left standing under the bright light, surrounded by the tall buildings.
Feeling much better, Alex watched the hooded thief run away, slowly disappearing into the busy city. The bright light gradually faded, and the night sky, with its full moon and stars, returned to normal. Standing alone, Alex thought, 'What just happened?'
He didn't stick around to find out, he rushed home quickly and closed his door when he heard a strange sound.
