"Hurry! Return home with the baskets and bring a few more. Today I am going to pick some apples!" Calista instructed hurriedly, as she looked at the maids.
The maids didn't linger after getting that instruction and left the forest, heading back to the manor to collect what they were sent for.
With them gone, Calista remained behind with Mammy Lena and they weren't idle.
Calista first marked the apple tree. This way in the future, she would find it easily if it wasn't just a pop-up tree that would appear and disappear like a ghost.
After doing so, she took Mammy Lena and started checking around nearby to see whether there were any other interesting fruit trees. She didn't believe that there was only one tree.
And surely her hard work paid off as she came across a cluster of fruit trees just a distance away from where she found the apple tree.
