Living with Leeshay proved to be much better than staying at the inn. At least with Leeshay, she didn't need to pay, and she felt at home more than being at the inn.
Besides, with Leeshay around, she didn't need to rack her brains when wanting to find something at all.
So, after resting for a day, the next day, she left with Leeshay and Mammy Lena to the market to do some shopping.
Since she had shared with Leeshay what she wanted, when they left home, they simply went straight to the places they wanted to visit rather than wasting time window shopping.
They first visited the slave market, where Calista purchased two young girls. One was thirteen years old and the other fourteen. She chose the young ones as she felt that they would be better to live with. They would be more obedient than those who were older.
Of course, buying young ones would be great, but what use would she have for them?
