Once all applicants were finished, they were finally escorted into the Academy. As they passed the gate, they met with another group of people waiting for them.
They consisted of 3 boys and 2 girls and were not Inscription Master's nor were they servants, they seemed like students.
They wore the Sun Academy uniform which consisted of a blue undershirt, a yellow shirt with blue stripes, and yellow trousers with black socks and sandals. This color scheme was for the males, where the female's version had the blue replaced with red and the yellow replaced with white. An emblem of the sun could be seen printed on either side of the outer shirt, presumably of the academy. They also had swords strapped to their back, Ares couldn't tell if they were inscription weapons or just regular swords.
Once all the applicants were grouped, Ares saw the elder of the academy talk with a girl who seemed to be the head of the group of students. They were quite familiar with each other and talked for quite a bit before he handed her some pieces of paper and left.
The girl then looked around, introduced herself as Ariana, and led them to the academy.
The academy was nearby as it only took 10 minutes to reach it.
What greeted their view was a massive multi-story building with eaves jutting out. The building was surrounded by walls about 10 feet high with the emblem of the Sun littered across it.
Once they had crossed the gate, they made their way to an auditorium where people were already waiting.
Upon entering, Ares noticed the people being divided by where they came from.
The ones with cleaner clothes with bits of noble air could be seen off to one side, most likely residents of the Central area of Sun City, whereas the members of Outskirts of the city were on another side.
You could tell the difference with just the clothes as the former was wearing luxurious and expensive clothes while the latter was wearing tattered and simple Ones.
Ares Group was the last as the rest of the applicants were previously brought in batches. As soon as they entered all the applicants were gathered and a group of teachers walked out.
The group of teachers had a similar dress code to students but wore a black robe draped over it. Leading them was a slightly tanned, stout man with a bald head and small eyes who gave a rather fearsome expression. He had a small gold necklace and wore a pair of thin gold glasses.
Different stands were set up with a board next to them. Each was respectively called Class 1, Class 2, and so on. There were three of them each holding a list of around 20 to 50 names. The teachers went to stand behind the stands and a voice rang out:
"Find your names and line up in front of the stands. You will get your I.D. cards along with the dormitory you will be assigned to."
As soon as that was said all the recruits started moving, and most of them went to Class 1, hoping to get in. Class 1 was known as the elite while class 2 was known as the average class and class 3 was the lowest. Amidst disappointed sighs, Ares and York pushed their way through and found their names.

York just carried on looking lost as they lined up.
They waited for a bit before their turn finally came. Under their will, Ares and York received separate rooms with other partners. After getting their I.D. cards they were then sent to a room so the academy could collect their measurements for the uniform. After taking the measurements, they were asked to pay 10 magic stones by tomorrow to get their uniforms.
Once all this was completed, they were shown the directions to the dorms.
The male dormitories were towards the east side of the school just next to the inscription weapons hall. They could hear people training their swords in the hall but refrained from going in as they were too tired. There were three floors in the dormitory with each floor representing a year. Ares and York found their rooms just as the sun was about to set and they started to make their plans.
York thought with his plans in mind: "The academy was supposed to start tomorrow but no one knew that chaos would break out tonight in the nearby mountains, postponing the academy's launch date. "
" I have to exploit this chaos as best as possible."
