In terms of the divine hierarchy, all the True Gods in the Purgatory World today would hardly catch the notice of Hemo Tian.
In the Outer Realm star space, He is a bona fide High God—indeed, the strongest among that cluster of High Gods.
Within the ranks of the Hall of Gods, He stands only below the four Sovereigns.
In Purgatory, those who have yet to break through the Heaven Forbidden and emerge into the Outer Realm have not received further enhancement or growth. Even the strongest True Gods are but Low-rank Gods.
A Low-rank God—how could He, Hemo Tian, deign to take notice?
If not for the inability to break through the Boundary Wall and descend directly in His True Body form, would He need to devise any strategies in Purgatory?
The ones He truly fears are actually the human God Spirits who have vanished without a trace now but who once dominated the Star River long ago.
