Streams of pure Star Power and Moon Energy rained down from the Star River outside the Dome of Purgatory, as if showing particular favor to Star Moon Valley by converging more pure power of the stars and the moon here.
This was because the valley, once part of the Star Moon Sect, contained Arrays capable of absorbing the radiance of the stars and the moon, with special veins underneath the earth.
In the center of the valley, there was a White Jade Altar shaped like a crescent moon.
