Gradually.
His Aman had started to grow, yet no matter what, he couldn't grow tall; he was unable to inherit his father's formidable strength and was ridiculed by his clansmen as incompetent.
In order for Aman to become a strong warrior like him, he once again made sacrifices to the Ice Demon and, following the Ice Demon's orders, he sought out Human Race boys and girls with particular birthdates.
In another part of the Human Race's Fragment Land, he successfully found the boys and girls demanded by the Ice Demon, only to learn that the children specially gathered were intended to be offered to the Thunder Dragon by the Human Race.
Knowing full well the dangers of provoking the Thunder Dragon, he still harbored hopes of good fortune for his son's robust growth.
He assumed the Thunder Dragon wouldn't mind these children, so he brought them back to Ice-rock City, planning to sacrifice them on the altar to the Ice Demon.
But then...
"Whooosh!"
The scene changed again.
