The Dark Bat was both shocked and furious.
Looking up, it finally confirmed that the towering figure, with an overwhelming aura, was indeed a god of the Human Race born from Purgatory.
It was also a newly ascended low-rank god and had not previously had contact with a god of the Human Race.
The puppet body it had descended into Purgatory with could not bear too much of its power and was frail.
In Purgatory, such divine puppet bodies were not even considered by true gods.
Therefore, it also felt unfamiliar with the god of the Human Race.
Unfamiliarity aside, the god's renown outside of heaven was like thunder to its ears.
So it immediately became extremely vigilant.
As it saw the flurry of sword lights approaching like a river, it let out a piercing scream, first relaying the message to its two three-headed and six-armed companions, then summoning its own specialty in divine power.
