And so, Mo Hua was led all the way to a cave.
The cave was spacious and a bit damp, seemingly not a permanent residence but a temporary shelter.
Mo Hua felt somewhat surprised.
*A big tiger, pulling off a "cunning rabbit's three burrows" act?*
*Could it have truly gained sentience?*
The big tiger glanced at Mo Hua, gestured for him to wait there, and then dove into the depths of the cave. Whatever it was doing remained a mystery, but before long, it came back out, carrying a dozen storage bags in its mouth.
The storage bags varied in age and design; some were even quite exquisite.
*Were they scavenged, or seized through violence?*
The tiger placed the storage bags in front of Mo Hua.
Mo Hua stared in astonishment for a long while before slowly piecing it together.
*This big tiger... was repaying a debt?*
*Because I saved it twice, it remembered me, gathered these storage bags over time, and waited for the day it could gift them to me?*
