As these words were spoken, the International Alliance Center and Cherrywood were both seething with frustration.
They had clearly not expected the people from Dragon King's Palace to be so shamelessly brazen.
It was bad enough that they were the first to bomb others with nuclear weapons, but now they were refusing compensation as well.
This was clearly a sign of total disregard for the International Alliance.
