Eliminating all the side quests was not a simple matter.
Without a control panel, they had to push the tasks one by one, calculating precisely which characters could be eliminated without affecting the subsequent main storyline, and which ones couldn't be killed just yet but would be viable targets as soon as the quest progressed to the next step.
It took a whole day just to deduce the first NPC, and when they had finished calculating, Qian Xiaohao and Eric found the important NPC of Difficult Mode, Riddle Boss.
This NPC was definitely the most annoying in Avengers: Difficult Mode; he never spoke clearly, speaking in riddles and ambiguities, causing the storyline to become fragmented, and then there were a bunch of tasks waiting for players to clean up.
However, Riddle Boss seemed a bit different this time.
