The battles at the Iron Fortress ended earlier than usual these past few days.
The red Valkyrie, Tai Yin, descended like a divine soldier from heaven, tearing through the Moderate Faction's siege with an even more piercing vigor than before. The power and courage it displayed moved even its enemies.
Having concluded the day's battle, the female warrior entered maintenance mode.
After instructing the other Artifact Spirits to absolutely not disturb her, she handed her body over to the management system for upkeep, transferred her chip into the electronic bear, and then happily engaged in gaming.
Playing games every day with the little bears became her most joyful activity during this time. The carefree behavior reminded her of the time when she had just awakened, a time blissful and brief, but worth savoring for a lifetime.
Now, the time spent with the little bears brought back memories of those days and drew her deeper into addiction, rendering her unable to extricate herself.
