Baldy grabbed the Dwarf's hair, tilting his face upwards.

The Commander followed his gaze, landing on Wu Heng and the Eleventh Squad.
It seemed that the Old Barrel and the Association possessed some intelligence he was unaware of.
His gaze swept over the chaotic scene again and the workers crowding the alley.
He then spoke, "Leave some people to clean up and move forward, the rest disperse, take this Dwarf with you back to me, if he truly did it, some compensation will suffice."
