Infinite City had teleported him into a human tribe that had been devastated by a ferocious beast horde, presenting the trialists with two choices thereafter.
One was to look for an opportunity to escape, or else what awaited them was to be devoured by a pride of lions.
However, given the strength of a weak overlord class lion king at level 69, it wasn't easy for trialists with insufficient strength to even think about escaping.
The other option was to directly eliminate the lion pride, which was a viable option for Beast Trainers with some strength. Getting a big reward immediately by completing the mission early was nice, but the tricky part was that this particular mission required killing a ferocious beast/totem beast of level 70 or higher, and this fellow was annoyingly stuck at level 69.
It gave one the feeling of being too lazy to make a move.
