Chapter 28 - Chapter 28 96533_1

Drawing 154, how is it used? There are two purposes.

First, to train astronauts.

According to standard training procedures, astronauts are required to practice under conditions of weightlessness on the ground to get used to the weightless environment in advance.

But how to create a weightless environment on the ground? Of course, that's not feasible, as humankind probably can't create an anti-gravity device just yet.

However, there's a trick that involves utilizing Newton's second law.

People are subject to gravity and have a gravitational acceleration force in a downward direction with a numerical value of G. If one could find a way to temporarily nullify this acceleration, in theory, they would be in a state of weightlessness.
