In terms of both quantity and even quality, domestic rocket companies with mature rocket OEM designs could definitely dominate the market, but for mid-to-high-end sectors, they would still need their own unique skills, as transport capacity isn't the most important factor.
America currently has a small number of in-service reusable rockets, but there are many veteran aerospace companies. There are very few domestic private aerospace companies capable of manufacturing high-quality satellites and space station modules, and these American companies would likely vie for orders of space facilities and machinery.
The high price isn't a problem either. In space construction, the budget isn't too tight of a constraint.
