Shana's first chain reaction was to nearly scare Stone, who was watching the video, into peeing himself. He was intently observing something on the table through the video, when suddenly there was a scream, the footage wildly shaking, continuing to shake, continuing to scream. Since misery loves company, Stone decisively unplugged his headset, and Shana's scream instantly spread throughout the entire base.
Of course, Stone wasn't that mean, but he unplugged it because Shana's voice was too piercing, and he did it to protect his ears. You must know, Shana had a voice that could gather zombies under the cliff.
