"Ah, a Sudoku lock," Lin Wu groaned as he examined the door lock, immediately feeling a headache coming on.
Maya smiled inwardly, shouldered past Lin Wu, and began to manipulate the Sudoku grid with her fingers. She had only made it halfway when a sound of someone hitting the floor echoed, and both turned to see Nightmare already lying dead on the ground.
"Damn!" Lin Wu exclaimed, "She was telling the truth."
The two of them held their guns at the ready and slowly advanced. Suddenly, Maya turned around but there was nothing behind her. With their backs to each other, they reached Nightmare's corpse, and Lin Wu bent down to turn over the body, revealing a bleeding wound on the back of Nightmare's head.
