The Blood Shadow Wizard Robe was fourth rank, around level 48, with a single ring state of shadow runes.
In fact, if there had been a specialized Nether Glyph from the Nether Blood Sea incorporated into it, forming a 1+2 ring state, the effect would have been better.
But Tuck didn't have any such specialized runes like the Nether Glyph, which were quite rare.
If there weren't enough runes, the Blood Race would make up the difference!
Tuck could only tearfully increase the efforts of sacrificing members of the Blood Race.
In combination with Barkin's forging, Tuck initiated the Blood Sacrifice Forging Ritual.
