After clearing the first floor, Josiah encountered the first BOSS in "Isaac"—Meng Sijuo.
This BOSS had very distinctive and strange characteristics.
It had no body, just a round, arched head.
And a big cleft lip, which, when opened, revealed a mouth full of crooked, rotten teeth.
Yet somehow, it also had an indescribable ugly cuteness.
As one of the weakest BOSSes in Isaac, Meng Sijuo was a regular in the random BOSSes of the first floor.
Its attack methods included a high jump smash to the ground or a violent charge-up before launching a barrage of bullets raining from the sky towards the player's direction.
Before these moves were initiated, a warning shadow would appear on the ground to help the player gauge the landing area of Meng Sijuo's body slam, or the falling positions of its bullets.
But it was Josiah's first game on arrival, and he was having a tough time fighting.
