**Kage Summit Continues...**
As the Kage Summit went on, each Kage shared their thoughts and opinions on various topics, but the conversation mostly revolved around the Akatsuki.
Granny Tsunade began to speak with a serious tone, "Based on the information we've received..." she paused for a moment, "The leader of the Akatsuki is none other than Madara Uchiha." Her words hung heavy in the air, and all the Kage looked shocked, as if they'd just seen a ghost.
"Are you absolutely certain about that?" the Mizukage asked, her voice tinged with disbelief.
Gaara, the Kazekage, chimed in, "But how can this be true? Hasn't he been dead for many decades?"
"The Kazekage raises a valid point," the Tsuchikage added, nodding in agreement. "Madara died a long time ago," he affirmed, echoing the collective shock and confusion in the room.
"Yes, I understand that. But the information we received comes from a very reliable and trustworthy source. I can't just dismiss it," Granny Tsunade responded firmly.
"Are you saying... that he might somehow be immortal?" the Raikage exclaimed, rising from his seat in shock.
"That could be a possibility. However, we haven't come to any definite conclusions yet," Granny Tsunade replied, maintaining her serious demeanor.
"To think... he was truly a monster," the Tsuchikage muttered, his voice heavy with realization.
A moment of silence fell over the room as everyone processed this unsettling information. The moderator, Mifune, cleared his throat to regain everyone's attention. "I would like to speak on behalf of the neutral nations," he began. "The leader of the Akatsuki has shown an uncanny ability to understand the changing times. Even with some stability among nations, there have been private suspicions, and the Akatsuki has exploited those weaknesses to grow its power," he stated, emphasizing the seriousness of the situation.
"What are you trying to say?" the Raikage shouted, feeling both frustrated and angry.
"Take a deep breath," came the reply. "We should try to turn this bad situation into something good. It's not every day that all five Kage come together like this. What do you think? Until we defeat the Akatsuki, why not form the first-ever Allied Shinobi Forces made up of the five hidden villages?"
"An Allied Force?" the Raikage questioned, trying to grasp the idea.
"That's a brilliant plan, considering the current situation," Gaara agreed with a nod.
"Yes, I think so too. This is an emergency situation, and working together is really important," Granny Tsunade added thoughtfully.
"Going Forward, we must determine a chain of command. We must avoid further confusion," Mifune said
"So ? Who will we choose to lead the Allied forces ?" The Tsuchikage asked
"Leaving that to you five will only result in arguments , So I ask that you respect the position of the neutral nations and allow me to come up with a proposal to decide who among you five Kage is most suitable. But, it won't be decided through only my decision it is up to all of you to also decide and vote for who you want as the leader of the allied Shinobi forces" Mifune said
"That way , everyone will vote for themselves and decision won't be made" The Tsuchikage said
"If that happens, the final decision will lie in my hand. If everyone votes for themselves, then it will be me who will decide the leader with my final vote" said Mifune
