Suddenly, as the explosion happened, a Leaf shinobi came running into the room.
"What's going on?" Granny Tsunade asked, standing up from her seat as I walked up beside the shinobi.
"There's been an attack in the village, my lady. We are under attack," he said, taking deep breaths from rushing here, bruised as if he barely made it.
"Who is it?" she asked.
"Pain," I said. I knew it was Pain; he's here for the Nine-tails. No doubt about it. I quickly turned to leave, but the office door swung open, revealing two village council members with Danzo standing behind them.
I couldn't care less who's standing there. What matters now is getting out there to save my village from destruction. "Granny, you stay here. I'm going," I said.
"You shouldn't go there," the old lady warned.
"Yeah, they're here for the Nine-tails, and we can't let them get it easily!" the old man added.
Anger surged through me. I didn't care what they were saying; I only cared about what I was going to do, and that was going there right now.
"Whatever!" I said, jumping out the window.
"This is no time for reckless decisions, Naruto!" I heard a voice—it was Danzo. It didn't sound like him at all.
"It's too late. You already made your decision, and that's what got us here today. If you don't want to help the village, then just be a coward and sit back and watch," I said, finally leaving the Hokage office behind me.
Teleporting from one building to another to move as quickly as possible, I saw Iruka-sensei holding another shinobi. In front of him stood a guy with orange hair wearing the Akatsuki cloak.
He was going to attack Iruka-sensei and the other Shinobi who was already injured as Iruka-sensei was holding him.
Before he can attack I teleport myself in front of him and I hold his hands to stop him from attacking Iruka-sensei as I look at him directly, he has the same eyes the toad sage explained, I'm totally sure that it is the pain , but he was alone here , that means the others are somewhere else in the village, the thought of it already making me more angry.
"Iruka-sensei, take him and help him to get treated!" I say him, I knew he was injured
"But..." He tries to argue back.
"No but Sensei, leave him to me!" I say pushing the pain guy a bit as he jumped in a distance, "You already did your job!" I say to Iruka-sensei as he nods his head and left with the injured Shinobi.
"Naruto Uzumaki!" He finally spoke with a expressionless face, I can't feel anything of him , I can't read his minds through for some reasons, anyways I don't need to read his mind , I just need to beat the crap out of him , so I can protect the village and avenge the death of Jiraiya-sensei.
"I thought, I would need to destroy the whole village to find you , but you just came standing in front of me." He said and suddenly, five of other members came to the place and suddenly, I was surrounded by six of pain members.
There are total six of them, only two female members, obvious gender inequality, anyways, only thing I can notice is that all of them had some kind of rod coming out of their face, what are those for ? I will find out when I find them I guess.
I start reading their movements , which is almost zero, as they only stood their silently, everyone of them has the same eyes, the Rinnegan.
Suddenly they stood in some kind of formation in front of me, as the one I met first was behind everyone else , the formation was somehow felt like the other member was trying to defend that member somehow, I don't know why.
Suddenly one of them stepped forward as I watched, my mind thinking if I should take it outside the village ,cause the fight happening here means a lot of destruction of the village ,which I don't want obviously..
As she stepped forward,out of nowhere she summoned a Giant Centipede as it dashed forward towards me for attack, I guess I've no choice, "Limitless Curse Technique : Red" I say it as the attack simply sends the giant centipede flying behind in a distance.
Although, this is inside the village , the place we're standing is like a stand alone place , means there are no house or buildings very close to it, although there are buildings ,but they are in a good distance.
But , the she just summoned that giant centipede, I wonder how she did that and I wonder what are the powers they all posseses.
