{RIKU POV}
With everything said and done, all that was left was to return to town and see what happened next. Well, that was the only thing left to do since everyone was exhausted from the previous fight. Even now, Riku was carrying Shizu's unconscious body on his back while Lexa and her group did their best to coordinate the relief efforts. Thankfully, the priest was proving to valuable in healing everyone in the vicinity. Again, it was potent, but definitely not enough to rouse people from their exhaustion induced sleep.
With his hands literally occupied with carrying his tired partner, the former assassin simply followed behind the crowd as they all made their way back to town. Leaving behind the pock-filled landscape behind them, cheers and laughter filled the air as the adventurers did their best to keep their spirits high. It was a good distraction from all of the deaths that happened, especially since over half of them were now gone because of this mess.
