"Sorry!"
Nana Monty took a half step back and instinctively looked up, her eyes widening in shock as she recognized Jayden Maguire's ruggedly handsome face. "Why is it you again?" she blurted out.
"I should be the one asking that!"
Encountering Nana Monty once more, Jayden Maguire's eyes narrowed slightly, a dangerous aura emanating from him.
Nana Monty pursed her lips. "Sorry, I had no idea you were here. Next time, why don't you put up a life-sized poster at the door where you'll be? I'll be sure to stay well clear of it," she said before attempting to leave. But the way ahead was blocked by Jayden Maguire and his companion. To leave, she would have to squeeze between the two or turn around and go in the other direction.
Just as Nana Monty was about to turn around, she heard Jayden Maguire chuckle sardonically, "I'm afraid even if you knew where I was going to appear, you might not get the chance to wait there even if you showed up three days early!"
