Wyatt Perry had already labeled Mark Reed as a hypocrite, seemingly upright but rotten to the core.
When it comes down to it, Wyatt Perry was just jealous of Mark Reed.
Claudia Ross had intended to tell Wyatt Perry that nothing filthy like he had imagined ever happened between her and Mark, that Mark wasn't the kind of person he thought.
But as the words reached her lips, she swallowed them back down.
If she said that, wouldn't it be the same as forgiving Wyatt Perry?
