Hope enters his apartment at night, but unlike last time, there are no recruiters in front of Kara's apartment. As he enters his home, Hope notices the faint scent of mana in the air.
Master: "There's a trace of isolation magic in the room."
Hope: "Isolation magic?"
Master: "Yes, it's not attribute magic. Mages use it to isolate an area so that other people can't know what happens there, or even see it. The caster has full control over that area—they're basically God within that space."
Hope: "God?"
Master: "Yep, but the people inside can easily break it. After that, the caster will be in a vulnerable situation."
Hope: "How was that cast in my apartment?"
Master: "I think it has something to do with the people leaving in front of Kara's apartment."
As soon as Kara sees Hope, she approaches him.
Kara: "You're here! Are you okay? Yesterday, you went into your room saying you had a headache, and this morning you got up early and left. Are you okay?"
Hope: thinking —I did that yesterday? I can't tell her about Master. Let's tell her something else.—
Kara: "Are you okay? You've been different since yesterday."
Hope: "I'm okay. It's just my skill—sometimes I get a terrible headache as backlash from it."
Kara: "Oh, okay. I thought you were sick after eating my cooking. Also, I have to tell you something."
Hope: "What happened?"
The sun was about to set as Kara looked through the window. The recruiters were still outside. Kara returned to the kitchen, but soon she hears a knock on the door. She walks over and looks through the peephole—there's no one there. As she turns back headed to kitchen , she suddenly sees a woman standing right in front of her. Kara screams and falls down, pointing a knife at the woman.
Lady: "Relax, I mean no harm to you."
Kara gathers herself and shifts her points to strength and defense.
Kara: "Who are you?" pointing the knife at the woman
The lady removes the knife from in front of her face with her fingers and says:
Lady: "I'm Sasha, a Reaper Guild representative. An A-ranker, just like you. Our recruiters have been looking for you, but our leader told me to find you and test you."
Kara: "Test me? For what?"
Sasha: "What do you think? If you passed my test, I was supposed to recruit you. You didn't pass, but I saw something interesting."
Kara: lifting her apron "Are you a pervert or something? Who told you I'd join your guild? And how did you get in here? I locked every door and window."
Sasha: blushing "Pervert? (Her face turns red) The leader assigned me someone who doesn't even know mana sensing. Listen, we're hunters; we don't need doors or windows to get into a house. As I said, I find you interesting, so I'm formally inviting you to the Reaper Guild. As for the people outside, I'll take care of them."
Sasha opens the door and steps out while Kara keeps pointing the knife at her. After Sasha leaves, Kara locks the door and looks through the window again. She sees Sasha talking to the recruiters, and then they walk to their cars and drive away. Kara looks back at Sasha, who waves goodbye with a big smile.
Kara: murmuring in a low voice "So now you used the door."
Sasha: screaming from outside "I used it because I wanted to, not because I had to."
Kara closes the blinds and jumps back to cooking.
Hope: "Sasha from the Reaper Guild? I've heard of her. Isn't she the pyromancer who did the S-rank dungeon last year?"
Kara: "Anyway, I don't like her. I still remember that weird smile of hers—it's creepy."
Master: "So, she used isolation magic to talk to Kara. The others outside didn't hear the scream because of that."
Hope: "So, have you decided? Are you joining the Reaper Guild?"
Kara: "No, I don't want to join a guild or fight. And I don't like monsters either."
Hope: "So, what are you planning to do? You're already an A-ranker. All the guilds and clans will be after you. Just having you on someone's side is beneficial to them."
Kara: "I know. I should have limited my power during the test. Showing off was my punishment. I know you can help me. You can help me choose a safe option and a safe class. Can you?"
Hope: "If you want, I can. But I think it's beneficial for you to join a guild or a clan. They'll help you with picking the best equipment , potions and classes."
Kara: "No, I trust you more than them."
Hope: "Okay then. If you're going for a safe option, you should choose healer, mage, archer, summoner, buffer, or debuffer roles or their sub class roles are pretty good too."
Kara: "I like the sound of 'mage.' I can have cool attacks."
Hope: "Oh, I know something wait."
Hope enters his room and closes the door. He takes the three mage stones from his inventory, the ones left after the black market, and combines them. A purple light emerges from the stone crack it had a symbol on it. He removes his hand and sees that the previously colorless class change stone now emitting a purple aura with one look hope knew it was a epic class stone.
Master: "Wow, that's an epic class stone."
Hope: handing it to Kara "Here you go. I had a class change stone with me."
Kara looks at the stone.
Kara: "It's an epic stone? This is really expensive. You shouldn't gift someone something so valuable. I can easily get class change stones from the Tower or guilds."
Hope: "No, use it. It's okay. I sold the other stones I had, and this one is a little more powerful so i kept it it will be useful to you. It has an 82% success rate."
Kara: "What class are you?"
Hope: "I'm classless."
Kara: "What? Then you should use it. If you had a class, you'd gain a boost in proficiency and specific class skills."
Hope: "I have a wide range of skills. I don't want to lose that. So, use it."
Kara: "Okay, then I'll crush it."
Kara crushes the class change stone, and a purple light surrounds her body.
Hope: "How is it?"
Kara: "I got the class and the basic three skills. This class is 'Elementary Mage.' I've never heard of that."
Hope uses Dragon Eye on her and sees her stats:

Elementary Magic – Allows the user to wield all attribute magic, both individually and combined.

Strengthened Affinity – Magic with affinity is twice as powerful.
Hope: "Its really a powerful class, You can use all attribute magic, and your affinity magic will be two times more powerful than normal. Unlike other mages, you can use every elemental magic individually and combined, and your magic casting speed increases. You can shorten long chants too."
Kara: "Wow, I'm really OP!"
Hope: "Now you need to get some mana-type skills."
Kara: "But first, let's eat dinner. You go freshen up."
Hope enters his room, smiling as he steps into the shower. He recalls what happened at the auction house and says to himself: "I wonder what happened to them."
Hope had entered the auction house knowing both of them were following him. He knew that if he ended up in a secluded place, they would attack. He thought, "I could confront them directly, or I could make their lives a living hell."
Hope entered the auction house and took the mask handed to him by the salesgirl. Activating his Intangible skill, he concealed himself as he listened in on their conversation, determining their plans. As they moved up to the second floor, Hope followed them. He activated Dragon Eye and scanned the room, noting the cameras and people inside. He overheard their plans and secretly entered Room 7, where he disabled the camera and placed some bids on items worth 20 million. As Rachel entered each room, Hope followed, disabling the cameras and knocking out the people inside. He then used Intangible and Subspace skills to steal all the items. After they placed their subspace pouch in the bathroom, Hope took it and quietly left the auction house.
After his shower, Hope thought back to that moment and smiled. He sat on his bed and took out all the items he had acquired from the auction. There were mana pouches with mana locks on them, two daggers, a bottle of lightning, a bow, two books on magic recovery and magic capacity, a Guiding Arrow, a broken shield, a Seed of Energy, a Bone Staff of the Undead, black and white stones, and a four-leaf clover, fruit of tree of life.
Master: "The two daggers, books, fruit of tree of life and Seed of Energy—don't use Eater on them. Use it on the other items."
Hope activated the Eater skill, and messages popped up one after another. He held his head, overwhelmed, and waved his hand to close the notifications. After the Eater skill devoured most of the items, a few remained.
Master: "Those are the items that couldn't be consumed by Eater—the two ores, leather from a black mamba, and fairy wings."
Hope opened his status window and saw that many of his skills had growth potential and combinable options available. He used the combination feature to strengthen them.

Meanwhile, Sasha entered the Reaper Guild headquarters. As soon as she stepped onto the floor, silence enveloped the entire floor. She entered the elevator, pressing the button for the 100th floor.
When she reached the 100th floor, her face was devoid of any emotion, reflecting the seriousness of her mission. Sasha walked down the long hallway to a room at the end, where a boy was training vigorously. He practiced martial arts, jumping around and attempting to strike a white wall that stood tall before him.
Sasha: "I've completed my task. I've invited her, Leader."
John, who was mid-kick, screamed like a startled child and spun around to face Sasha, his eyes wide in surprise.
John: "When did you arrive? You nearly scared me to death!"
Sasha: "She is a total beginner, but I believe she has S-rank potential or even beyond that."
John, still catching his breath from the surprise, resumed his training with a few deep breaths.
John: "So, she passed your test?"
Sasha shook her head, her brows furrowing slightly.
Sasha: "No, she failed. I assessed her mana sensitivity, her actions, her responses, and her intelligence—she failed everything."
John paused his movements, a look of confusion spreading across his face.
John: "Then why did you invite her?"
Sasha's eyes narrowed, reflecting a mix of intrigue and determination.
Sasha: "When she got scared of me, I noticed a fluctuation in her energy. It was unlike anything I've seen before."
John raised an eyebrow, intrigued.
John: "What did the appraisal show? Did you gather any information?"
Sasha: "No, she's already learned Appraisal Block."
John stopped his movements, tilting his head in confusion.
John: "Appraisal Block? Isn't that skill difficult to acquire without proper training?"
John: "Ok then, I'll take it from here."
Sasha moved back as John continued his martial arts training. As she walked toward the door, she looked back at the massive white wall, where John appeared as small as an ant in comparison. Suddenly, John jumped and kicked the stone, creating a crack that stretched from one end to the other, glowing a bright reddish-orange color. The cracked section began to turn back to white color.
Sasha remarked, "He truly deserves the nickname 'Beast Kid.' Only a beast could turn a testing stone like this!"
