Chapter 107 - Love Him?

"The woman hates you." Dion's hand paused only for a second before he pulled the file out.

Nora was standing near the door with an excuse but they both know that she is keeping an eye on Dion as if he was here to steal something.

Abi was sure Nora would have never said yes. Nora wanted to refuse but Abi had already accepted Dion's offer because Abi did not like how he was being treated. 

Guilt of being the liar here was huge in her heart already. 

"And you do not?" Dion closed the file he was looking at. It had been years since he had been in this part of the manor. Old memories flooded like a tsunami crashing at his chest and making him vulnerable for a second. The distraction was welcome no matter how it came.

He raised a brow when she did not reply.
