Chereads / The Silver Prophecy / Chapter 25 - Chapter 25

Chapter 25 - Chapter 25

The Temple of God Odin is placed on the 18th floor of Giovanni Basilica.

The entire flat is 14 thousand square feet .

The whole temple is decorated with portraits of various gods and goddesses of Norse mythology.

The sacred tree Yggdrasil is depicted on the roof of the temple.

The Yggdrasil tree plays a very important role in Norse cosmology.

According to Norse cosmology, this tree is located at the nine universes. However, it is said that the nine worlds lies the sacred tree Yggdrasil.

But nine world means nine universes. According to Norse myth, trees are the source of life. It is the source of life that animals and the human have been created.

From the trunk of the Yggdrasil tree were created male and female named Ask and Embla.

In addition to the Yggdrasil tree, Odin's temple is adorned with magical designs of runic garlands and depictions of Norse gods and goddesses on every wall.

At the entrance of the temple is a seven feet tall statue of God Odin made by bronze. The statue has two horns on its head. One horn represents knowledge and the other horn represents war.

Here God Odin is shown as Horn God. Horn is the part of glory, since God Odin occupied the seat of the father of all Gods and Goddesses, he became the most respected God in Norse mythology , hence Odin was given the honor of being the Horn God.

The seven feet tall statue is seated on a throne. On either side of the statue of the god Odin, two more wolf statues have been placed.

The figure of God Odin holds a spear in his left hand. Since the god Odin is said to be a one-eyed god, he has a diamond bead eye and the other eye is closed.

Due to the light falling on the eye in which the diamond bead is placed, the reflected light of the diamond is fixed around, so it looks like the statue of God Odin is looking at the entrance of the temple with a living eye.

The floor of the temple is covered with white marble. Candles are lit in hundreds of lamps around the temple.

The candles of these lamps are kept burning 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. The reason is that fire, light and heat are the source of life. This arrangement is made to channel the energy for the living god into the numb and inert image of god odin.

A 3/3/3 size altar is built in front of the statue of God Odin. It is mainly on this altar that various sacrifices are offered to the God Odin. Next to the altar is a small jacuzzi where water is provided, which is used for cleaning after the offering.

When the Decorta entered the temple, it was twenty five minutes past eight o'clock.

Decorta quickly changed his clothes and took off his robe hanging on the wall of the temple.

He went to the jacuzzi, washed his hands and face and stood in front of the altar to worship God Odin and began to pray with praise of God Odin.

After finishing the prayer and sacrificed four roosters to the god Odin at eight and forty-five o clock, that time Decorta's soul was filled with a different kind of feeling . He felt a different energy welling up within him.

This kind of feeling and that power was first felt by the heart and then gradually that power spreads to be felt throughout the whole body.

He had felt this same power every time when he had sacrificed to the god Odin .

It is through the emanation of the awakened energy from within that the god Odin signifies that he has accepted the sacrifice and in return for the sacrifice God Odin bestows upon him by the awakened energy .

Decorta enthralled about fifteen minutes as the god Odin gives him the power to emanate in him .

After fifteen minutes slowly the body and mind return to normal but another kind of obsession is awakened in the body.
