-3rd POV-
Tens of thousands of people were gathered in the square for the funeral of the heroes of the Seven Kingdoms and the late Queen Valeria, the young King, just 15 years old, stood before the coffin and could not let go of the woman he loved so much and who loved him even more.
He only agreed to step aside once the High Septon stepped forward to pronounce the last sacraments before she rested with all the Targaryen kings and queens, as per the will of King Aegon VI.
The ceremony lasted an additional 2 hours before the young king returned to the castle and locked himself in his chambers, as had been his custom since the death of his beloved.
-3 days later-
-POV Tywin Lannister-
Entering the city, I had trouble understanding if we were really the victors because a thick heaviness weighed on King's Landing.
Whether it was the commoners or the nobles, everyone was afraid and in a state of uncertainty, I only came to understand the reason for all this once I arrived at the palace.
The death of "Queen" Valeria was undoubtedly a tragedy, especially at such a young age, but the king had to recover from this quickly to be able to consolidate his grip on this throne, and my role was to open his eyes because I had bet a lot on him and I expected even greater results from this risky investment.
I entered the King's chamber without knocking and what I saw left me speechless, The king was lying on the floor and all around him dozens of whores slept scattered throughout the room, this sight reminded me of Robert Baratheon and I kicked our Majesty in the calf.
"Oh, you're back," he said before trying to fall back asleep.
The whores woke up hearing us talk and I yelled:
"GET OUT ALL OF YOU NOW OR I'LL HANG YOUR HEADS ON THE WALLS OF THE RED KEEP"
"I too have lost people I loved dearly but I never let myself go to such a level of depravity"
"What do you want me to say I'm not like you," he said, getting up and pouring himself a cup of wine.
I looked at his glass and said with a disdainful tone: "If you were like me you would have gotten up and sought revenge"
"Revenge on whom Petyr is dead Lysa killed herself with her son and I won the war I have no more enemies"
"And the Tullys? the Lords of the Vale?"
"They weren't even aware of this"
"But it is they who gave Lysa the power to act this way it is they who refused your authority and decided to make you their enemy the death of your queen is undeniably their fault as much as Lysa Tully's," I said.
I saw a flame of hatred rekindle in his eyes and then once I saw that my message had the desired effect I bowed and said: "Rise and go dress we must properly plan how to take your revenge on these traitors"

-POV MC-
It had been a week since Tywin Lannister entered the city parading on his white horse and pulled me out of my little depressive episode following the death of Valeria, I would have liked her to still be here and I will always blame myself because I know I could have prevented her death if I had done more but wallowing drunk in the arms of all the whores in the city won't change the fact that she was gone and that forever.
With this episode, Tywin once again reinforced the image I had of him because even if he was somewhat afraid of me he was also an authoritative figure who knew how to channel me.
For days we devised a strategy to punish all traitors and it was only this morning that I finally finished it on the contrary I also drafted a list of rewards for all the people who showed loyalty and who supported me against the Baratheons.
I had no right to make a mistake because I was the king, reading stories and watching movies in my previous life I had despised kings who had sunk into drink, prostitutes, and decadence, I was not going to become a living example of those same men who disgusted me.
-POV Tyrion Lannister-
Seeing the king in good health was like a breath of fresh air for the whole kingdom because nobody wanted another war to determine which great house would sit on the Iron Throne, the armies of all the families were in shambles except for the Reach and I could not see how I would manage to endure Mace Tyrell as the new king of the Seven Kingdoms.
So, I was also very pleased to see Aegon emerge from his chambers and interact with his entourage again although he had difficulty doing so with his two siblings Bran and Sansa I guess seeing the Tully in them was too painful for him and I could not judge him because I remember the pain I felt when I lost my own wife.
It had already been a week since he was back and at the first light of dawn, he insisted on gathering all the nobles and officers of the Kingdom to reward them for their meritorious services during the war.
We didn't have to wait long because even before we all settled into the seats placed in the throne room the king entered through the grand doors followed by his immense dire wolf, even now I still do not understand how he got his hands on such a beast.
"Hail His Majesty King Aegon, Sixth of His Name, and Second Conqueror of the Seven Kingdoms," said the herald announcing the king's arrival.
Everyone saluted the King kneeling on one knee and then we repeated in chorus the words of the herald.
"HAIL HIS MAJESTY KING AEGON, SIXTH OF HIS NAME, AND SECOND CONQUEROR OF THE SEVEN KINGDOMS"
He had no reaction and in a heavy silence the only thing we heard with our eyes lowered to the ground was the sound of his steps, Ghost as huge as he was perfectly muffled the sound of his steps.
The sound of his boots tapping against the metal of the throne echoed softly with each of his steps until he sat down and said: "Rise"
