Synopsis

Here we go again...

The battlefield lay strewn with the remnants of battle, the air thick with the stench of blood and the echoes of war cries. A woman with long black hair stood tall, her grip firm on the hilt of her most trusted companion, Falchion, the legendary sword passed down through generations of heroes.

Before her loomed the monstrous form of King Leviathan.

His eyes glowed with malice, his massive frame pulsating with dark energy. She could feel the weight of destiny pressing down upon her shoulders as she braced herself for the ultimate confrontation.

With a roar that shook the earth itself, King Leviathan charged forward, his claws slashing through the air with deadly precision.

The woman parried each blow with her blade, As the battle raged on, she felt the power of Falchion coursing through her veins. Memories flooded her mind, the faces of those she had fought alongside and those she had lost.

With a swift motion, she launched herself into the air, Falchion gleaming in the sunlight. She descended upon Leviathan with the fury of a storm, her blade piercing through the darkness surrounding him. For a moment, time seemed to stand still as the woman's sword found its mark, sinking deep into Leviathan's heart.

With his last breath escaping him, King Leviathan's eyes burned with hatred as he gazed upon her. "You may have defeated me in this world," he hissed, his voice dripping with venom, "But know this, girl. Your victories are but fleeting illusions in the endless cycle of reincarnation. I curse you to never find peace, to never know true fulfillment. May your every triumph be tainted by the shadow of despair, and may your soul be eternally tormented by the weight of your destiny."

Leviathans body crumbles into blacken dust that blew away in the wind, leaving the young woman alone on the bloody beach. She drops her blade and falls backwards onto the sand as the clouds part showing the orange setting sun.

"Finally...." She let's out the breath she was holding staring up at the orange painted sky.

(*Ding!*)

A green screen pop up in front of her eyes.

[Congratulations Mayra for defeating King Leviathan and saving the world of Sorvia!]

[The goddess of reincarnation will now see you.]

"Wait what-" The area changes to a white void, there's a small seating area with a table. Sitting at one of the chairs is a beautiful with draped in white robes and long pink hair.

"Welcome back Mayra," The goddess says. "This run seemed faster than usual."

The woman named Mayra sat down across from the goddess. "I saved that world, I get to go back to earth now right?"

Goddess remains silent before speaking. "That was the original plan... Unfortunately there's been a change."

"A change of plans...?" Mayra clenched her fists as pure rage radiates from her.

"Please let me explain, I had nothing to do with this. If I could send you back to earth I would but..."

"But what?" Mayra stood up from her seat with Falchion in hand. "We had a deal. I save those 98 worlds you send me to and then I get to go back home and live my life again."

"I understand but unfortunately, Earth is no more. But, I've found a suitable place for you!"

"What...?"

"Mayra" the goddess spoke, her voice echoing like distant chimes, "I have watched over you through countless lifetimes, guiding you on your journey through the cycle of reincarnation. Earth, the world you once knew, has been destroyed beyond repair."

Mayra's heart sank at the revelation, a mix of sorrow and disbelief washing over her. "Destroyed?" she echoed, her voice barely above a whisper.

"Yes, your homeworld was devoured by [Omega] the devourer of world's. An ancient being that's been around since the very beginning and probably even before that."

Mayra sighed, a stray left her right eye. "I'll never see my dogs again..." She sobbed making the goddess sweatdrop.

"I- we're you even listening!?!"

"Dog are more reliable than humans! You wouldn't get it." Mayra wipes her eyes. "Skull crusher...my baby." She sent on to cry about the three dogs that she owned her most loyal companions.

The goddess sighed. "If it makes you feel better... I've found a world that you could start over on. Although, you'll probably end up solving all of its problems endless you keep a low profile."

"Just reincarnate me already..." She sulked.

"Good luck," The goddess snapped her fingers and Mayra was gone.

"You know... I actually feel kinda bad now about her dogs. Hopefully my new gift will make up for it."
