I paced around the room, phone in hand, waiting for Ian to call. Razor had left after breakfast, and he might come back at any given time now. Come on, Ian, pick up your phone. For the hundredth time, no reply. Frustrated, I slouched on my bed.
Did anything happen to him?
It was time for training, so I changed into comfortable clothes and left the room.
"Hey," Cross waved at me from the couch. He was watching some wrestling show or something.
"You're in a good mood?" I raised a brow at the broad grin on his face. "Be careful because your brother is in a foul mood."
Cross sat up on the couch attentively. "Did anything happen?"
I sighed, walking past him to the door. "We were attacked yesterday by some werewolves and lost two of our men."
"Man, I didn't know." He picked up the remote and switched the TV off. "I'll follow you to the training ground. I need to at least hear the latest from Dean or Chris."
