"Is there a problem, my love?" Taffi asked, but Sania had gone past the door before he could finish. He glanced at Ariel who gave him a judgmental glare, and then back to Peter who kept a straight face just as most Knights.
"I'll go after her."
As Sania walked through the hallway, her heart beat rapidly in her chest, she couldn't comprehend what she saw, and the only explanation was that it was a dream because Damien should be dead, they made it clear to her, so what was he doing in the castle.
Sania also wondered if she was just overthinking, because Peter did not smile at all, nor did he act like she was someone he knew. But then again, she wondered if he just acted that way because Taffi was there, he couldn't hug her or exclaim in excitement about meeting his love in front of the king, could he?
