As they arrived at the kingdom of Azeera after the long ten hour journey, Sania was both famished and sad.
She was tired because of how long the journey took. It would have taken at least a day and a half to get back to Azeera from Aradon if they had followed the same path through her sister's kingdom, but the shorter route shortened their travel.
She was sad because she was finally back to the hell of a castle where she had to watch her every move to avoid being consumed by the flames known as Taffi's mother and brothers.
The closer they got to the castle, the more she wished to start the just concluded journey all over again. At least it was less chaotic than what she was headed back for.
She stole a glance at Taffi and said,
"I can't believe I'm back here." Sania believes she didn't have to hide how she truly felt to him because even without context,Taffi should have known.
