"Hmm," Taffi sighed, picked up the scroll, and opened it up for Sania to see.
"Well, he asked for an equal share of the spoils if we emerge victorious, which I don't have a lot of problem with. But I'm not asking for help from him alone." Taffi explained and Sania nodded in understanding.
"Did you tell him that?" She asked.
"Not yet, I'm yet to answer him on the matter, when next we talk, probably before the feast tonight, I'll have to do that," Taffi answered.
Sania scanned through the scroll raised a brow and said,
"I'm sorry, did he say betrothal?"
"Yes," Taffi shook his head,
"This is the one that I cannot agree to." He said.
"You can't have a child, Sania, and I'll suddenly agree that when he or she is older, they'd be married to someone whom they haven't seen. I think people should grow and choose who they love, don't you think?" He asked.
