I sat on the seat of Eryie, the Moon Door infront of me, and one after another, the lords stepped infront of it, kneeling down to me, and swearing an oath of fealty.

All the Lords of these Houses had came here today, to swear to me as the Lord Paramount.
After the last finished swearing, it was my time to speak.
"I come before you as, Lord Alexander Bracken of House Bracken, Lord Paramount of the Rivers and Mountains, Protector of the Vale and Riverlands. I am the Lord Paramount of the Vale and the Riverlands from now on." I said, instead of making 2 branch houses, House Bracken of the Vale and House Bracken of the Riverlands.
I made House Bracken of the River and Mountains, ruling both regions.
"Each region will be ruled by a steward, under my name. While I will rule both Kingdoms, and so will my heir, and his heir. All Houses whom fought against us, will not be punished. Except House Arryn of the Eyrie and House Arryn of Gulltown." I said.
"However, House Corbray and its vassals, have not came to swear fealty. And therefore, House Corbray and its ancestral line, will be executed, and my army will march on Hearths Home, and subjugate the rebels once and for all." I said, before beginning with a set of rules.
"Trade between the Vale and Riverlands will not be taxed, War between the Houses will no longer be permitted, and we heavily suggest forming alliances with Houses of the Riverlands." I said, finishing the rules.
"Lastly, all prisoners and soldiers of the Houses whom swore an oath of fealty to me, will be released. And the keeps taken during the campaign will also be given back to its original owners." I said, finishing it up.
And with that, the Lords began to leave the Eryie, heading back to their ancestral seats.
And meanwhile, I went back to my office, before contacting Jaime.
"Dear Jaime,
I, Lord Alexander Bracken, Lord of House Bracken, Lord Paramount of the River and Mountains, write to you to inform you of our successful campaign in the Vale, all of the Vale Lords have surrendered, except the Lord of House Corbray, and his vassals. But that is not why I speak to you, I have a set of instructions you are to fulfil.
Firstly, I want you to contact the greatest architects, and builders. Alongside the locals around Seagard, I want to dig out the few miles between the Blue Fork, and the Western Sea. I want to know if this is at all possible. If it is, we will not spare any expenses to ensure its completion, it would completely alter the trade within the Riverlands and Westeros itself.
Secondly, I once again want to remake our armies. With the Vale now captured, our advantage in cavalry should even further larger, and as such, we need a reliable but easily gathered infantry, to hold off the enemy infantry.
Therefore, I wish for you to introduce the Pikes and the Halberds to our army, Halberds are already known, so just hire a few instructors. Meanwhile, the Pikes are 14 feet long spears. They are meant to be used in Pike Formation, and my plan will to form Pike Squares, which will be made up of 50% Pikemen and 50% Men with Swords and Shields. And I want you to introduce the Halberds to my personal guards and elite units.
**Author Quick Shit ** READ IT!!!!!
I am well aware of the sheer stupidity of introducing the phalanx to the game of thrones, even GOT is way past that time, so just ignore its entirety. Armies will now fight like they did in game of thrones, charging, and will be a lot more like medieval battles, but with a GOT variant. Almost 90% of the enemy armies will be short spears and shields, or shields and sword. So yeah, but I´m sorry for the phalanx.
***
After writing the letter, and sending it to Jaime. I went to look outside a window, whereas Tytos was leading my army towards Hearths Home, they had just decamped, and they were marching out now. To siege the 4 castles, and the Vale would finally be mine.
After that, I went back to my seat and sat down, reading through multiple letters which I had disregarded during the Battle.
The first came from Joffrey Baratheon.
"I, King Joffrey Baratheon, First of my name, Lord of the Seven Kingdoms, Protector of the Realm and Rulers of the Andals, Rhoynar and First Men, hereby invite you to Kings Landing, to witness the marriage between Lady Margaery Tyrell and I.
The marriage will be held in 2 months from now, and you are expected to attend, if you do not. Prepare to face the consequences."
I couldn't held but slap myself in the face from this letter, the sheer arrogance and stupidity coming from this letter was insane. How could one demand me to attend, sure it was expected. But not even Aegon, demanded you attend, less you'd face consequences.
However, during the time which had passed, and the date of this letter. The marriage would be held in 3 weeks, which didn´t give me the best time, but I ignored it for now.
The next letter was from Jack Lychester, an old friend and the Lord Commander of the City Watch.
"To Lord Alexander Bracken, Lord Paramount of the Riverlands,
Greetings, Lord Alexander. I write to you in vague terms, as I do not trust this bird. The wolf has settled, and she is gathering snow like a snowstorm, and nothing can stop her. The Hawk has stopped tormenting the lion due to the monster, and she is settling fine. The Grass and the Wolf spends a lot of time together.
From, Lord Jack Lychester, Lord of Lychester Keep and Lord Commander of the City Watch"
Now sure, this type of encrypted message was extremely bad, and wouldn't be hard to discover, but in truth. It wasn't really a hard secret, and the only word we had actually planned was "snow" which meant "businesses", or more specifically "taverns and brothels"
And the "Hawk" is Joffrey. We could just call him Stag, or Lion. But it'd be all too obvious, and I already had people for those codes. But it wasn't really something that mattered.
In addition to those letters, I had 2 good luck, and friendly talk letters from Sansa and Margaery. And a few intelligence letters from my spy network, information which had been delivered through messengers.
