Upon arriving on the flooded with lurkers front line. There are a few things that I can't do with the full extent of my ability. The first one is that, I am stuck with only my martial arts, booster, and a few spell that I can cast from World Breaker that I can only use in emergency situation.
But nonetheless. It is a situation I'm not exactly uncomfortable with.
With the lurkers swarming me, I naturally activate my natural counter to all things, the Bane of Existence. But I only activate uses it for the sake of killing off the eggs that I inhaled. So the energy doesn't leave my body, just continuously swirling inside me. I don't need to exert too much energy because the energy inside is constant.
