His leveled feet, tall and tough stature, even his voice and hair color… Everything is the exact same things, like Bartender K.
Except..
He's not using a mask~!!
Mala can now see his handsome face. But is it really him? But, Bartender K is an informant. He is and always will be careful about his appearance. Could he be 'disguised' as this person? Is this the person he has been copying all this time? She didn't know the answer, the answer didn't come as right either, even if she thought hard enough. There is no way that all this time, in the store, he didn;t use any disguise. Even if he was the one managing it himself. Still not possible.
The whole classroom watched the new student as he stood in front of the class to introduce himself. Enthusiasm and dislike all gather and mixed together in one atmosphere.
"My name is Klump, 17 years old. Nice to meet you all…"He spoke out casually as he stood there, hands behind his back. The classroom turned noisy as students, boys and girls chatter inside the classroom.
"Mala, Mala! Could you please move~? I really want to sit next to Klump, you could just sit there if you don't mind, right?" whispered by an excited Isela, her finger pointed towards an empty seat.
Truly what a 'fake' friend. Mala only sighed in annoyance and nodded. Tidying up her bag, walking towards the one and only empty seat that's always in class, next to the nerd, side by side. No worries, after all, she did not want to deal with Klump, her thoughts will be floating around aimlessly, not focusing on the lesson that was being taught.
Klump's eyes followed Mala's movement, he knows. He knows that Mala is avoiding him even though she didn't want to be away from her original seating position. Just wait, Maa, Isela. Klump won't be fooled that easy!

When it was time to learn accounting, it felt like time was moving so slow. That's the first lesson of the day and somehow Mala felt sleepy in her favorite lesson. Her thoughts were floating everywhere, worried but still in control, and it can't be denied that she's thinking about Bartender K. She even got the chance to realize the gaze of that boy on her. That watchful gaze that makes her feel a bit anxious. She tried hiding her face of displeasure as she can't make weird or mysterious faces. It was a rule that kept the Verrel family safe, an effective rule even if it took they're freedom in expressing their emotions.
The second period began, and went on until the third. It wasn't accounting anymore, but it was biology now. The lesson starts with a question, "Why do creatures born with albino could have red eyes ?", and ends with the loud break time bell.
Mala's eyes felt extremely heavy, as if she was under a spell. She fell into a deep sleep. its only for five minutes, she said in her mind.
She slept for half an hour, spending rest time with her head on her desk. Not even her hunger was able to awaken her from her slumber.
Someone then gently shakes her shoulder, Mala responds with grunts, annoyed towards the gesture. She rubs her eyes and forces herself to open her eyes slowly. As she opens her eyes, the first thing she sees is a pair of black coloured eyes, staring at her. A baritonic voice said to her, "Hey, breaktime is over."
It wasn't Klump luckily. Mala emptily stared at the man who had woken her up. Pale skin, and black eyes that scientists thought had never existed. According to a biology study, there has never been pure black eyes, no matter how dark the colour was. She had never seen this boy before. Mala blinks multiple times, relaxing her eyes with her now refreshed body.
Huh..? Klump..? Where did that boy went to..? How did Klump manage to sit in the nerd's seat, the notable boy that never moves out of his chair in the back of the classroom.
Klump's head whirled towards Mala, noticing movements next to him.
"Why are you.. here..?"
"I wanted to sit here. thats why i asked the nerd to sit in my place, next to Isela's."
Mala was about to say something, but Klump raises his index finger, signing at her to keep quiet.
"Shht. Class is about to begin."
