With a hand lightly resting on Zheng Haoyu's waist, Su Nian looked up at him, "I'm very happy today too."
Zheng Haoyu shivered. This was the first time Su Nian had voluntarily reciprocated his affection. It was a curious paradox: on one hand she was assertive and commanding, yet on the other she could be incredibly shy, particularly when it came to matters of the heart.
Even her mere acknowledgment brought Zheng Haoyu immense joy, doing so publicly was even more of a delight.
Su Nian pulled away from him and took his hand. She walked a few steps ahead, then turned back, a radiant smile gracing her face. "Zheng Haoyu, do you know? I've always wanted to hold someone's hand and just keep walking. Just keep walking..."
