Irony flashed in Su Nian's eyes as she revealed his true intent. Seemingly it was all about gaining control of the Su Family. Her lips moved lightly, squeezing out three words, "Never will."
"Fine." Li Zheng nodded angrily, squeezing out a word from his mouth, "Okay". He slammed his coffee cup onto the table, ready to leave at any second.
"Hey, Li Zheng," Su Nian called him.
"What, have you changed your mind?" Li Zheng's eyes lit up as he turned to look at her.
Unbeknownst to him, Su Nian held up her cup of milk, flashing him a radiant smile, "As a gentleman, remember to pay the bill."
Her comment was enough to make steam practically blow out of Li Zheng's ears. He glared at Su Nian, practically ready to tear her apart, and flung a hundred-dollar bill at the server who was passing by.
Rolling her eyes, Su Nian muttered, "Such bad manners."
